BHB is a small, weird animation studio that decided to mint its cast on-chain and then build all the tools a cast needs to live: a customizer, an animator, an arcade, a marketplace, and a desktop suite. The art comes first. The chain is the ledger underneath.
Every character is hand-built. Every voice comes from a real person. The blockchain proves ownership; it isn't the product.
We don't pitch a roadmap. We ship a customizer, an animator, an arcade, a live-streaming plugin, and an AI agent studio. Holders get to use them.
One hundred Big Heads exist. There will never be more. Expansion Packs add traits to the existing 100 — not new characters.

You do need it to save traits on-chain, mint Expansion Packs, and trade in the marketplace at scale. It's also what you earn from burning and from Season Rewards.

Freshly minted NFTs may not display correctly in Phantom until the collection is verified on-chain. Metadata can take 12–24 hours to update inside any wallet. Solflare is the recommended wallet — full functionality inside its browser on mobile and desktop.
The Customizer is the browser-based character builder where every Big Head starts. Mix and match traits across Body, Outfit, Eyes, Mouth, Head, Texture, and Background to design a unique character. Free to use for anyone. Connect your wallet to load your BHB NFTs into the builder, pull their on-chain traits, and write new traits back to chain.
The Animator brings your Big Head to life. Your character's body is locked from the Customizer — you build the look there, save it, then come to the Animator to animate Eyes & Mouth with audio. Supports solo and DUO (two-character) scenes. Exports H.264 MP4 directly in-browser via WebCodecs — no server, no upload.
Toggle 🤖 Auto Lip Sync ON and the mouth animates automatically from the audio's volume envelope. Two styles:

Burn for BURG lets you exchange NFTs from supported collections for $BURG tokens. Connect your wallet, select an eligible NFT, confirm the burn, and $BURG is sent to your wallet. The NFT is gone permanently — this cannot be undone.

Higher stability = more consistent delivery. Higher similarity = closer to the source voice. Higher style = more expressive but less reliable. Speaker Boost adds clarity at a small cost in nuance.

Yes — on the BHB Market. The 100 Big Heads are all owned by community members and you can buy one peer-to-peer, wallet-to-wallet. There will never be a new mint of the original 100.
It's the on-chain fuel. You need it to save traits on your NFT, mint Expansion Packs, and unlock holder features. You earn it by burning eligible NFTs and by participating in Season Rewards. Full breakdown in the $BURG section above.
No. We don't promise returns and we won't pretend to. This is an art project that lives on-chain. Buy a Big Head because you want to use it, animate it, stream as it, and watch the series. Anything else is your own decision and your own risk.
Limited NFT drops (25 supply each) that unlock new trait categories inside the Customizer for anyone who holds the pack. They cost 1,000,000 $BURG to mint. Existing Big Heads gain access to those traits — no new characters are minted. See Expansion Packs.
Solflare is the recommended wallet — its in-app browser supports the full BHB tool suite on mobile and desktop. Phantom works for most actions but newly minted NFTs may not display correctly there until the collection is verified on-chain (and metadata can take 12–24 hours to update inside any wallet).
Yes. Once you approve the transaction, the NFT moves to the burn wallet and cannot be recovered. Read the on-page warning before confirming. The $BURG payout lands in your wallet immediately on confirmation.
The animated series uses real community voices and holder Big Heads as cast members. The fastest way to get involved is to join the Discord and submit clips during Season Rewards.
