Vertical scene builder — audio, characters, background, who talks when, camera, expressions, then produce.
Pick how many Big Heads share the stage. You can change this any time.
Your setup saves automatically in this browser. Audio needs to be added again after a page refresh.
Upload a voice track, or a video and we'll pull the audio out of it. You can also record straight from your mic. For a Duo, use one track with both voices — you'll mark who's talking in a later step.
iPhone .mov (HEVC) files are supported. Keep clips under 5 minutes for the smoothest export.
Roll a random look, pull in your Customizer build, or pick traits one by one.
Choose a scene from the library, upload your own image, or use each character's own background.
Play or drag the timeline under the stage. When the voice changes, mark who speaks from that point. Only the speaking character's mouth moves, and the camera follows these switches unless you change it in the next step.
Alternates speakers at each pause. It hears pauses, not voices — check the result and fix any switch below.
The vertical video shows one character at a time. Character 1 stands on the left side of the background, Character 2 on the right — the background slides with each cut. Whoever is off camera keeps talking as a voice-over.
Picking a shot switches to manual and keeps the current cuts as a starting point — handy for holding on a listener's reaction or cutting away mid-sentence.
Camera cutsGive parts of the timeline an expression setting. Moods react to the audio automatically; Hold keeps one look for the whole range. Add as many ranges per character as you like.
